die 3,5 meter lange Umrandung ist gerade fertig geworden, heute Abend muß ich dann "nur noch" zusammennähen. :o)

So und nun zu dem Beitrag, den ich schon vor einigen Tagen geschrieben hatte, und der dann ganz plötzlich verschwunden war *grrrr* Das Vorderteil von Tovværk ist fertig und wird nun in den Sommerschlaf wandern.. Jetzt wird das Teil nämlich langsam zu groß um es gut den Sommer über mit zu schleppen, denn alle anderen Teile (Ärmel, Rücken) werden jetzt pö a pö angestrickt, da hab ich keine Lust drauf. :o) Ein Blick auf die linke Leiste verrät uns, dass da noch Hot Tamale und Ballett Wrap anzufinden sind. + Socken, ich mußmöchte diesen Monat noch 4 Paar schaffen, als Abschiedsgeschenk für den KiGa, da Freya ja zur Schule kommt..
Und erstmal wird der Ballett Wrap wohl fertig werden, mir fehlt ungefähr noch 1 Drittel der Umrandung/Bindeband, das will ich jetzt fertig bekommen.. Hot Tamale ist auch kein gutes portables Projekt, da man immer auf die Diagramme zwecks Farbwechsel gucken muß...
Also, was nun? Ich habe eine RVO in dicker grauer BW/Poly Mischung angefangen für meinen 2-meter Mann... Da stricke ich aber nur dran, wenn er aus dem Haus ist (warum sitze ich hier am Rechner???), denn es soll eine Überraschung werden...
Dann habe ich den Whispering Scarf one in Lornas Laces Flames angefangen.. (Auch Diagramm-Lesen von Nöten...)

Es juckt aber trotzdem in den Fingern.. Es gibt so schöne Projekte, die auf mich warten!! LOL

Nachdem ich Sonntag "one hour Photo" mit Robin Williams gesehen habe, bedeuten mir die Bilder der Kinder noch viel mehr. Er hatte so recht, als er sagte, die wirklich wichtigen (kleinen, alltäglichen) Dinge, die unser Leben ausmachen, fotografiert keiner, nur Kinder tun es. :o)

I´m not a yarn snob, I buy much “no name” Wool through ebay for example.. although I love Noro, Colinette, and all of that, but its too expensive for everyday knitting

I don’t spin, and I use crochet only for embellishing

3. Do you have any allergies? (smoke, pets, fibers, perfume, etc.)
No allergies

4. How long have you been knitting?
Since the age of 8 or 10, with long breaks inbetween really serioulsy again since two years ago app.

5. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?
yes

6. What's your favorite scent? (for candles, bath products etc.)
I love cocoa, vanilla, citrus

7. Do you have a sweet tooth?
Yes, I love fudge wich we cant get here.

8. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do?
I am sewing and quilting a bit, sewing clothes for me, I lovet o get started on sewing some bags to sell them, but cant find the time at the moment

I like so much music, and have just ordered an ipod Shuffle /yeah!
I love music from Smash Mouth, Paul Anka, Good Charlotte, Seeed, Björk, Sportfreunde Stiller, Fettes Brot, Red Hot Chili Peppers, but whe also listen to a lot of old soundtracks, like the James Bond themes, old tv series and stuff

10. What's your favorite color? Or--do you have a color family/season/palette you prefer? Any colors you just can't stand?
I love black and red, hate pastell, babycolors

Married, 3 kids, 1 cat

Be happy. :o) Having a good time with my family

I prefer pure wool, but I´m absolutely not stuck to it

14. What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
I don’t like old style acrylic. I´m astonished of the new microfibers, they feel and act very smooth, not like those oldfashioned acrylic yarns. :o)

15. What is/are your current knitting obsession/s?
To try not to start too many project at once, finish what I start, and to make all I have on my to do knitting list LOL

Hmm, I guess that’s knitted items for me…

Knitted ties (work)

I love capelets, don’t really like ponchos, they are not good to wear while wiping the floor after kiddos spilling stuff *gg*

I prefer knitting with circs but I love straights especially for decoration

Preferably Bamboo, plastic on second place and last but not least aluminium

Yes

My mom tired to teach me but since I´m a leftie I learned it by myself

Not really UFO, I have mostly WIPs as I work on them in shifts (Monday is Tovværk day)

I love Emily Strange and Spongebob :o))))

I guess that has to be xmas.. Although I´m ok without holidays also… To much hype about it all, Just having holiday craziness because of the kiddos :o)

I collect knitting needles, Stichmarkers and thimbles from places

I have the Interweave, would love the Vogue and buy many of the german magazines when I like the projects only
